It’s my mission to understand clients’ needs and uncover opportunities that help people write the next chapter in their stories.  A deep understanding of clients’ needs and values allows me to provide expert advice and guidance as you navigate the purchase or sale of a property – oftentimes marking a significant life change in the process. I have helped hundreds of clients write the next chapter in their stories, and I love what I do!

A skilled negotiator and marketing expert, I've been nominated as a Super Agent in Minneapolis St. Paul magazine multiple times and earned a 5.0 average rating on Google and Zillow.  Clients appreciate my attention to detail, communication skills, and deep knowledge of the industry and Twin Cities’ neighborhoods. 

My goal is to provide the guidance and personalized service to make the process of purchasing or selling a property enjoyable and as smooth as possible.  Phil and I have deliberately kept our team small so we can deliver every client our personal attention. Our track record over the past 10 years is fantastic and we have consistently been recognized among the top-selling teams at Coldwell Banker.

I grew up in St. Paul and I still love finding new ways to enjoy the Twin Cities. I earned my B.A. from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Before real estate, I spent many years in the corporate world in Marketing and Strategy roles at 3M. 

I love reading, walks around Lake of the Isles, and good bakeries.  I live in a 100-year-old home in St. Paul with my husband and two teenage sons.
