Michaela Toohey was great to work with on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. She was highly professional but also friendly and approachable and particularly excelled at prompt and effective communication. She was always more than willing to show us a new listing. Phil went above and beyond to help us sell my elderly parents home. As a busy business owner, I didn't have the time to coordinate all the details myself. Phil provided reliable subcontractor recommendations to help get the home ready for market. He knew the market well, priced the home right, and the house sold right away. He then coordinated document signing for my parents at their new apartment so they wouldn't have to travel. Phil provided amazing personal service, professionalism, and knowledge.
